Located in the historic National Hispanic Cultural Center, the La Fonda del Bosque features unique Latin fusion fare, with New Mexico inspired decor.  Just minutes from downtown, with ample free parking.  Enjoy your meal in our 3,500 square foot dining area or outdoor patio on the plaza.  Open for Lunch Wednesdays thru Fridays from 11:30am-2:00pm.  We are also open for Dinner on Fridays from 5:00pm-8:00pm.​

The La Fonda del Bosque has been a feature at the National Hispanic Cultural Center for over fifteen years, currently being managed and operated by Chef Stefani Mangrum of City Treats Parties

Chef Stefani Mangrum has owned and operated a number of successful restaurants and catering companies, including the ever popular and Albuquerque staple, City Treats Parties.  With some 40 years of experience, every dining experience is one to remember.
